Accessing the Portal

Registration is required for accessing sessions, posters, the exhibit floor and the networking portion of the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting & Exposition. To gain access you will need to login to the virtual platform with the username and password used to create your registration reservation.

To login to the virtual platform:

  • Click “Log In” at the top right of the page
  • Type in your username and password
  • Click Login

The first time you log into the platform you will be asked to accept our terms and conditions at which point you will be logged in.

Navigating the 2021 Virtual Meeting

Viewing a Session

All of the sessions for the Annual Meeting are accessible through the agenda. To view a session, go the Agenda, scroll or search to find your session and click on the session title.

Here you will see details about the session, the video streaming player and the Q&A tool. Please Note: If you are not logged in you will not be able to see live stream or Q&A tool.

To watch the session, you can click the play button on the player and the stream will begin playing. The live stream will be available about 5 minutes before the start of each session. You will need to refresh your browser 3-5 minutes before the session to be able to view the session stream.

To submit questions to the moderator, use the Q&A tool to the right of the video player. You can type in your question and submit it for review. The moderator will need to approve of the question.

Some sessions are Zoom meetings. To join these sessions, you will see a link in the session description for you to click on. This link will open the zoom client on your device and allow you to join the session. If you do not have zoom installed, you can download it here:

Viewing a Poster

To view the Poster submission, navigate to the Poster page by clicking on Poster on the home page or in the navigation tab.

On this page you will see a list of all the posters submitted for the 2021 Annual Meeting. You can search for a poster, by title, category, ID number and author. Click on the title of the poster and you will be able to view the poster and view a Rapid Fire recording of the poster presented by the author.

Internet Requirements

A minimum internet speed 10mpbs Download and 5mbps Upload is required. Your ability to participate can be impacted by the quality of your internet service. Satellite internet service may experience a poor streaming experience.

You can test your speed by visiting the site

You might be able to increase your internet speed or verify your internet bandwidth by contacting your internet service provider.

Positioning your computer as close as possible to your wireless router or access point will help if you are experiencing slowness issues.

Please coordinate with anyone who shares your internet connection in your home to ensure they are not consuming too much bandwidth impacting your ability to participate.
